Advice Process
All new clients are invited to an initial meeting at which the services we offer will be explained fully.
The purpose of this first meeting is to determine if we are the right people to advise you and whether our service would be of benefit to you. This initial meeting is offered to you without any charge to you or any obligation on your part. Usually this will lead to a second meeting at which we will provide you with our recommendations.
Our Review Service
Details of our review service are set out in our “Review Service” document which is provided and discussed during our initial meeting.
Any recommended actions you agree with will then be implemented and reviewed on a continual basis. The review service generally involves an annual meeting, although this can be more frequent.
Prior to the annual review, we will contact you to request up to date information on any changes in your circumstances so as to make the review meeting worthwhile and relevant. Following the review we write to you where appropriate and inform you of any actions that we recommend.
Costs of our Services and Client Agreement.
These are set out in our “Client Agreement” document which is provided and discussed during the initial meeting. Our Client agreement document can be found on our website under Legal information
